Sure, we could ask you to send in your products for refunds and exchanges, but we don’t want to waste your time. Also, Ball Thief has a commitment to sustainability, so we minimize the amount of shipping and packaging we and our customers need to use. 

Within 30 days of your order, if you don’t like the product for any reason, all we ask is that you email us at info@ballthief.com with a photo of the product and tell us why you would like the refund. That’s it! We’ll process it, and we’ll be grateful that you’re letting us know how we can improve our business.

If you would like to order a new ball, we’d love that too! Once we process your refund, you’ll just place a new order and we’ll sent it out to you.
