Shipping & Handling

We know, you’re here because you know a thing or two about ball retrieval. Rest assured, we do our best to get our products to you as efficiently as possible so you can focus more on what your dog does with your Ball Thief ball, and less on what we’re doing with your Ball Thief ball.

From the moment you place your order, you should expect to receive your products within 7-10 days (in the United States; international shipments might vary). The shipment of your product is our highest priority and every day we send out our products to satisfied customers around the world who want to bring their love of soccer to their four-legged friends.

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately contact our warehouse and begin packaging and shipping preparation. Given that we are a small, family-owned business, this can take 1-3 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For US-based deliveries, this typically takes 5-7 days. For deliveries outside the United States, shipping times may vary.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily track your product during the shipping process. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
